Harvest Realty is pleased to work with buyers of new homes.  If you are in a hurry, we can help you find a spec home (also called builder's homes or inventory homes).  These are often ready for quick or immediate occupancy.  If you have more time, you can have a new home built that meets the requirements of you and your family.  As the home is being built, you have the opportunity to regularly inspect the progress of the construction.

The cost to be represented by a REALTOR® in a new home transaction is ZERO.  Our fee is paid by the builder.  (It allows the builders to spend less on advertising when REALTORS® refer their clients to them.)

In order for us to be able to represent you in the transaction, we should be present during your first visit to each new home community.  Most builders will also honor a relationship when you mention my name on your first visit, or better yet, give them a copy of my business card.  (I can supply you with some of my business cards if you would like.)

Don't make the mistake of going into a home purchase without using an agent!!!
